At Convair we offer servicing and repairs of Pneumatic Dry Bulk Tankers (of any make) and for our range of blowers and compressors.

Convair’s Servicing and Repairs workshop, is supported by our team of experienced technicians who are dedicated to handle breakdowns, general maintenance and servicing and major pressure vessel repairs to AS1210 Pressure Vessel Code and confined space regulations. Access to the workshop is from Dreamhaven Court, off Miller St, Epping.

To keep your assets operating effectively we also offer scheduled maintenance programs to suit your fleet.  We understand that finding the time to undergo scheduled maintenance can be difficult and are committed to working with our customers to perform the maintenance and repairs as efficiently as possible.

We provide tanker servicing, including aerator and wear plate replacement, hatch repairs, hoses, camlocks, discharge valve replacement, AKO pinch valve conversions and pressure relief valve testing .

In addition, we also offer a full Tanker Maintenance Inspection service. The includes visual inspection of the tanker components, structural integrity general condition. We will provide you with a report and quote for the work, prior to undertaking any repairs.

Further to this, we can provide Pressure Vessel Inspections as per AS3788 by an independent inspection service. This is required every two years for aluminium tankers and every three years for steel tankers.

We offer repairs of any make of tanker due to accident damage, corrosion, cracking, pressure vessel damage etc. All pressure vessel repairs are carried out in accordance with AS1210 and AS3788.

In addition, we offer refurbishment of your tanker which can include replacement of all necessary components, blasting and painting and replacement of lighting systems, mudguards etc.

We offer servicing, repairs and maintenance of blowers and compressors as per manufacturers’ specifications. This includes routine servicing replacing oils, air filters etc and re-conditioning and overhaul of machines. Our in-house service can include assessment and condition reports provided with quotation for approval.

We also offer sale of re-conditioned machines and the option of trade in of repairable machines.
